What is the trial period?

The first 7 days of Callendoc usage is a trial period, and is free.

During the trial period, you can benefit from support services like all our other users and use the application as you wish.

What will happen to my data if I stop using it?

During the trial period, you can save all your data to your computer at any time.

If you wish to delete all your data, you can delete your data from Callendoc through the Settings menu with your Clinic Manager account. We remind you that we cannot recover your data if you change your mind about such a situation.

I'm using different software, what will happen to my data?

Upon your request, we can quickly transfer all your content to the Callendoc database by entering your old data into the Excel template we will send you.

What are the purchase and renewal processes?

You can make the purchase during the trial period by entering the settings menu with your administrator account and within the options that will be offered to you by credit card or bank transfer.

When the renewal period approaches, the system will make the necessary reminders to you. As we do not store your Credit Card information in our system, you will be asked to enter your details again during renewal.

How do I get technical support when needed?

Our consultancy team is with you with unlimited and free support throughout your use of Callendoc.
