The bespoke price calculation work we have been concentrating on for a long time is finally finished.

You can set up every private insurer and corporate client your practice works with, and build bespoke pricing formulas for each of those agreements.

You can load in the fee schedules you work to and map them across, so they are ready to use.

For a single service or a group of services, you can use whatever formula you like, based either on those schedules or on your own standard prices.

You can set the price that will be charged to the insurer, and assign top-up formulas for the amount payable by the patient.

Reporting in Callendoc is very easy. All you have to do is open "Insurer and Corporate Reports" and pick the date range you want.

Detailed reports and summary statements are produced for each organisation, broken down by patient, by service carried out and by amount.
