The first clinical module we ever built was for dental practices, which is why dental work matters so much to us. With features such as seeing treatment plans laid out visually and building those plans in the first place, Callendoc promises to make life easier for dental practices too.

Dental practice software

Record-keeping requirements and software needs differ from one type of practice and one clinical specialty to the next.

When software tries to answer all of that variety at once, the result becomes far bigger than any single practice can manage, and long implementation projects start to creep in.

This is exactly where Callendoc comes in, offering structures already tailored to each type of practice — and doing it in seconds.

In other words, when a dental practice signs up, the account is created with everything a dental practice is likely to need already configured.

So what does Callendoc actually do for dental practices?

To begin with, a standard treatment and procedure list comes pre-loaded. You can build your own list instead, or edit the supplied one as you wish.

In the clinical module you can assign treatments visually to a specific tooth, build the treatment plan out across dates, and book the appointments.

When a treatment is carried out, all you have to do is tick it off. The item is then posted to the patient's file and the balance owing is created automatically.

If you want, you can hand the plan you have built to your patient as a printout.

Seeing a patient's history at a glance and acting on it is very easy.
