Design All Your Own Documents and Templates

Features

The printed documents you hand to your patients do a great deal to shape how your practice is seen. So do not dismiss them as "just printouts" — what is written on those pages is both your patient's health information and part of the service you provide. So how do you customise your printouts in Callendoc?

CONTENTS

1. Update your practice details

Design All Your Own Documents and Templates

First you need to update your company logo and practice name, the standing details that appear on every printed document in the application. These details are pulled through onto all of your printouts by default.

2. Open the design template

Go to System Settings -> Form Designs to reach the form whose layout you want to change.

3. Lay the form out however you like

From the top right, choose the paper size you will be printing on. A4 is the standard choice.

If you are using a non-standard stock, such as pre-printed invoice paper, the "Custom size" option lets you set your own width and height.

Just below that, choose which fields you want to appear on the printout and which you want hidden.

Then drag and drop to resize and position each field.

That is all there is to it.

Every printout you are likely to need — invoices, barcodes, patient registration forms and the rest — comes ready-made in Callendoc.

All you need is a few minutes to set up the documents you will be handing to your patients.
