What is the trial period?
The first 7 days of Callendoc usage is a trial period and is free of charge.

During the trial period, you can benefit from support services just like all our other users and use the application as you wish.
What happens to my information if I stop using it?
During the trial period, you can save all your data to your computer at any time.

If you wish to delete all your data, you can do so from the Settings menu using your Clinic Manager account. We remind you that if you proceed with such an action, we will not be able to restore your data.
I am using different software, what will happen to my information?
Upon your request, we can quickly transfer all your content to the Callendoc database by having you enter your previous data into the Excel template we will send you.
How do the purchase and renewal processes work?
You can complete the purchase during the trial period by accessing the settings menu with your administrator account, using either credit card or bank transfer within the options provided to you.

When the renewal period approaches, the system will send you the necessary reminders. As we do not store your credit card details in our system, you will be required to enter your information again during the renewal process.
How do I get technical support when needed?
Our advisory team is with you throughout your use of Callendoc with unlimited and free support.
